4 臨時避難所 CD (Civil Defence)

A	2004 nián dǐ yìn ní de hǎi shiào dzēn szì hěn kě pà 。	2004年底印尼的海嘯真是很可怕。	It is fearful and terrible the tsunami warning had happened in Indonesia in 2004.
B	szì yɑ ， jiā szànɡ dzōu biān de ɡwó jiā ， sǐ szānɡ de rén kǒu yǐ tzāo ɡwò ….	是呀，加上周邊的國家，死傷的人口已超過….	Oh, yes. There were over …. people suffered and lost homes.
A	niǒu shī lán yě tsénɡ pài rén chián wǎnɡ tsān yù jiòu hù ɡōnɡ dswò 。	紐西蘭也曾派人前往參與救護工作。	NZ had sent people to go to help.
B	niǒu shī lán szì dǎo ɡwó ， yòu tzù yū dì dzèn dài ， rú ɡwǒ yǒu jǐn jí chínɡ kuànɡ wǒ men ɡāi dsěn bàn ？	紐西蘭是島國，又處於地震帶，如果有緊急情況我們該怎辦？	NZ is a Island country, and it is located in an earthquake area, if something happens in a urgent what we will do?
A	hào wèn tí 。 měi ɡè jiā tínɡ ɡāi yù shiān jì huà hǎo yí ɡè táo szēnɡ lù shiàn ， bìnɡ mínɡ chuè dzī dào lí jiā dsueì jìn de CD dsài nǎ ？	好問題。每個家庭該預先計劃好一個逃生路綫，並明確知道離家最近的CD在哪？	Good question! Every family has to have a flee plan, and they must know where is the closest CD.
B	szén me szì CD ？	什麼是CD？	What is the CD?
A	CD de szì Civil Defence  de jiǎn tzēnɡ 。 yì si szì ɡōnɡ mín de fánɡ yù ， yě jiòu szì ɡè lín szí bì nàn swǒ 。	CD的是Civil Defence 的簡稱。意思是公民的防御，也就是個臨時避難所。	CD is “Civil Defence”, it is a place for citizen to stay at time when one of nature calamites happened.
B	nǎ yǒu nà me dà de kōnɡ jiān yì szí rónɡ nà hěn dwō rén ？	哪有那麼大的空間一時容納很多人？	Where are there many big places for people to stay?
A	CD dwō szù jiòu szì nǐ fù jìn de jiāo dzù tzu hueì 、 shué shiào děnɡ 。	CD多數就是你附近的教住處會、學校等。	They are churches and schools.
B	szì swó yǒu de jiào hueì hé shué shiào mɑ ？	是所有的教會和學校嗎？	Are the all churches and schools?
A	rú ɡwǒ nǐ lióu shīn ， nǐ hueì fā shiàn CD de tè szū biāo dzì dsài tā men mén kǒu 。	如果你留心，你會發現CD的特殊標誌在它們門口。	If you are careful you will find a special mark at the gate of those churches and schools.
B	szén me yànɡ de biāo dzì ？	什麼樣的標誌？	What is the mark like?
A	dsài diàn huà báo lǐ ， huánɡ yè de dsueì hòu yí yè de yòu szànɡ jiǎo jiòu szì 。 CD de dsì yànɡ dsài yí ɡè huánɡ sān jiǎo shínɡ nèi ， lán yuán chuān shià yìn yǒu Civil Defence 。	在電話薄裡，黃頁的最後一頁的右上角就是。CD的字樣在一個黃三角形內，藍圓圈下印有Civil Defence。	On the up right corner in the last page of the yellow phone book you can find it. The CD letters are in a yellow triangle, and it is in a blue circle.
