     (七)简化汉字---是一次大规模的
      "造字运动"

  开始于1952,暂停于1986年的34年间,在中国大地掀起的一场以简化汉字为内容的"造字运动",其规模之大,前所未有.1964年正式公布了汉字简化字总表，总表实际收字2236个，我粗略数了一下,加上鸟\马等部首变更后附带造出的新字,总数在5000字左右.
   对比甲骨文现已发现的4-5000字,已解读不到2000字.简化字字数超过了甲骨文.
   对比汉代<说文解字>9353字.简化字字数约占50%.
   对比汉字常用字约4000字.简化字字数要超20%.
   对比现代汉语大词典12000多字.简化字字数约占35%.
   对比之下, 简化汉字确是一个大数目了.从此以后编辑汉字字典,其目录上的文字总量一般都要新增三分之一.
   这样规模庞大的造字运动,带来的后果是相当严重的.积淀了几千年的汉字体系,在短短的34年间,被肢解得支离破碎,这真是历史的悲哀.
