义 甲骨文以羊头为饰之三连戈形。篆书以我\善二字组合,《说文》注：“己之威仪也。从我，从羊。”徐铉注：“此与善同意，故从羊。”义本为兵器之名。借指威仪，亦指正义。我表示自己，羊表示善美。引申公正、正义、信义、意义、意气等。义指有利于社会大众之道义，又指合乎伦理道德之人际关系。威仪则用为“仪”字。
