	wǒ dzù dsài shiǎo dzèn ， nà lí tzénɡ lǐ bù yuǎn 。	我住在小鎮，那離城裡不遠。	I live in a town. It’s near a city.
	tā szì ɡè hěn měi de tsuēn dzèn 。	它是個很美的村鎮。	It’s a beautiful town.
	yǒu yì tiáo shiǎo hé ， tā tsónɡ wǒ jiā de fánɡ hòu miàn lióu ɡwò 。	有一條小河，它從我家的房後面流過。	There is a small river. It flows over behind my house.
	bànɡ wǎn wǒ shǐ huɑn yán dze tā sàn bù 。	傍晚我喜歡沿着它散步。	I like to take a walk along it in the evening.
	jiē dào bú suàn kuān ， dàn dōu chián jìnɡ 。	街道不算寬，但都乾淨。	The streets are not wide, but they are clean.
	yǒu yí ɡè ɡōnɡ yuán ， hái dsi men shǐ huɑn dsài nà wán 。	有一個公園，孩子們喜歡在那玩。	There is a park. Children like to play there.
	yǒu jiān shiǎo shué dsài tsuēn dzèn dzōnɡ shīn 。 wǒ shiǎo szí jiòu dsài nà dú szū 。	有間小學在村鎮中心。我小時就在那讀書。	There is a primary school in the centre town. I had been there when I was young.
	yǒu shǔ dwō szānɡ diàn ， mài szí pǐn 、 yī fu hé tú szū děnɡ děnɡ 。	有許多商店，賣食品、衣服和圖書等等。	There are many shops. They sold food, clothes, books etc.
	dzí yǒu yí ɡè yóu jú 。	只有一個郵局。	There is only one post office.
	rén men chù nà jì shìn hé bāo ɡwǒ 。	人們去那寄信和包裹。	People visit it to post the letters and parcels.
	hái yǒu yí ɡè yín hánɡ 。 yǒu szí wǒ hueì chù nà 。	還有一個銀行。有時我會去那。	There is also a bank. Some times I visit it.
	yǒu yì jiān shiǎo yī yuàn ， nà lǐ rì yè dōu nénɡ kàn bìnɡ 。	有一間小醫院，那裡日夜都能看病。	A small hospital serves us. It’s open day and night.
	dzèn lǐ yǒu ɡè jiào hueì ， bù szǎo rén shīnɡ chī tiān dsǎo szɑnɡ chù nà lǐ 。	鎮裡有個教會，不少人星期天早上去那裡。	There is a church. Many people visit it on Sunday mornings.
	yǐ chián wǒ tzénɡ bā szì chù szì chū dú dzōnɡ shué 。	以前我乘巴士去市區讀中學。	I had taken a bus to a secondary school in the city.
	shiàn dsài wǒ měi tiān kāi tzē chù tzénɡ lǐ ɡōnɡ dswò 。	現在我每天開車去城裡工作。	I drive my car to city for work every day now.
	yǒu szí dzōu mò wǒ men yì jiā rén kāi tzē chù szì chū 。	有時周末我們一家人開車去市區。	Sometimes I drive with my family to city at weekend.
	nà yǒu shǔ dwō tsān ɡuǎn 。 wǒ tài tɑi shǐ huɑn tzī nà lǐ de dzōnɡ ɡwó tsài 。	那有許多餐館。我太太喜歡吃那裡的中國菜。	There are many restaurants there. My wife likes tasting Chinese food there.
