3 個人的大日子 A Personal Day

A	dānɡ rán bú szì 。	所有可紀念日都是公眾性的節日嗎？	Are all memorial dates public days?
B	nǐ ké yǐ jǔ lì szwō mínɡ mɑ ？	當然不是。	Of course not.
A	dà szì jiàn de jì niàn rì ， rú 2004 nián yìn ní de hǎi shiào hwò yí dueì fū chī de jié huēn jì niàn rì děnɡ 。	你可以舉例說明嗎？	Can you say some examples?
B	hái yǒu nà ？	大事件的紀念日，如2004年印尼的海嘯或一對夫妻的結婚紀念日等。	A big event memorial day, like Indonesia tsunami in 2004 or a couple’s marriage anniversary day and so on.

B	hái yǒu nǐ de szēnɡ rì yɑ ！	還有…	There are…
A	dueì ， tā szì ɡè rén de jì niàn rì dsi 。	還有你的生日呀！	There is your birthday.
B	tā yě ɡè rén yì szēnɡ dzōnɡ dì dà rì dsi	對，它是個人的紀念日子。	True. It is a personal day.
A	ɡēn jù nǐ de shiánɡ fǎ ， jì tzén yě szì ɡè rén de dà rì dsi 。	它也是個人一生中的大日子	It is also a big day in one’s whole life.
B	dānɡ rán ， dàn tā dwō szù wéi dzǐ wéi hòu rén swǒ dzī 。	根據你的想法，祭辰也是個人的大日子。	I your mind, the day of death of a person is also a big personal day.
A	nǐ shiǎo szí hou szì dsěn me ɡwò szēnɡ rì de ？	當然，但它多數為只為後人所知。	Of course. But mostly it is known by the person’s later generations.
B	nà szì hěn jiǎn dān ， dzǐ szì szēnɡ rì dànɡ tiān tzī liǎnɡ ɡè mā mɑ ɡěi dzǔ de jī dàn 。 yì si szì szuèn lì dzǎnɡ dà 。	你小時候是怎麼過生日的？	How did you spent your birthday when you was young?
A	nà lǎo rén nà ？	那是很簡單，只是生日當天吃兩個媽媽給煮的雞蛋。意思是順利長大。	That was very simple. Mum only cooked two eggs for me, means growing up smoothly.
B	lǎo rén dwō szù hueì tzī miàn ， yì si szì wànɡ lǎo rén tzánɡ szòu 。	那老人那？	How about for elderly one?
A	kě wǒ tīnɡ lín jū de tzáo shiān dsú rén ɡwò szēnɡ rì yào hē hǎi dài tānɡ 。	老人多數會吃麵，意思是望老人長壽。	Most elderly people taking noodles, means long life.
B	ō ！ wǒ shiǎnɡ chìnɡ dzù szēnɡ rì de fānɡ szì szì yīn dì fɑnɡ hé ɡwó jiā fēnɡ sú ér yì 。	可我聽鄰居的朝鮮族人過生日要喝海帶湯。	I had heard my neighbour, a Korean family who took kelp soup on the birthday.
A	shiàn dsài dwō szù shiǎo pénɡ you ， dū hueì dsài jiā hwò mǒu ɡè dì fɑnɡ jǔ shínɡ kāi szēnɡ rì hueì 。	噢！我想慶祝生日的方式是因地方和國家風俗而異。	Ao! I think people celebrate birthdays with varied ways that depends on different customs of each country even a place.
B	szí dài bù tónɡ le ， yí wǎnɡ wǎn bèi bù hǎo wànɡ jì lǎo rén de szēnɡ rì ； ér shiàn dsài hái dsi de szēnɡ rì szì jiā dzōnɡ yí szì chínɡ 。	現在多數小朋友，都會在家或某個地方舉行開生日會。	Now, most children might hold a birthday party at home or chose somewhere.
A	szì yɑ ， shiàn dsài měi jiā hái dsi szǎo ， dsì rán jiòu dzēn ɡueì 。 ér hái dsi szì shī wànɡ 、 szì wèi lái de dzǔ rén má 。	時代不同了，以往晚輩不好忘記老人的生日；而現在孩子的生日是家中一事情。	The epoch has changed. Long time ago, people can’t forget elder generation’s birthday, but at the moment, the children’s birthday is a big event in the family.
B	wú luèn nǐ jì niàn bú jì niàn ， hwò yǐ szén me fānɡ szì jì niàn ， szēnɡ rì dōu szì ɡè rén yì szēnɡ dzōnɡ dì dà rì dsi 。	是呀，現在每家孩子少，自然就珍貴。而孩子是希望、是未來的主人麻。	Yes. There are no many children in a family, so they are valuable, and the children are  hope, they are also the host in the future.
A	wǒ tónɡ yì 。 lìnɡ wài ， rèn hé rén ， bú luèn nián línɡ ， dōu shī wànɡ yǒu rén fēn shiǎnɡ szēnɡ rì hé szōu dào szēnɡ rì lǐ wù 。	無論你紀念不紀念，或以什麼方式紀念，生日都是個人一生中的大日子。	The birthday is a personal day for anyone no matter you celebrate it or not, and you celebrate it with any ways.
B	nà dānɡ rán 。	我同意。另外，任何人，不論年齡，都希望有人分享生日和收到生日禮物。	I agree. In additional, any one older young both like some body take time to shear one’s birthday, and get gifts.
A	shià yuè szì nǐ de liòu szí dà szòu ， dǎ suɑn dsěn me chìnɡ dzù yɑ ？	那當然。	Certainly right!
B	wǒ hái méi shiǎnɡ hǎo ， tzí diǎn ɡào su nǐ 。	下月是你的六十大壽，打算怎麼慶祝呀？	Next month is your 60th significant birthday. How plan-ed to celebrate?
