孜 Zi Zi is the phonetic word. Po is a pictogram; child also sound also justice. "Said the text" Note: "engrossed from the Po, sub sound.." Zhou Shu "said: diligently without relent." Diligently still engrossed, to describe things diligently, do not slack. As names, refer to Ganzi Tibet Gyantse.
孜 孜是形声字。攴是形符；子亦声亦义。《说文》注：“汲汲也。从攴，子声。《周书》曰：孜孜无怠。”孜孜犹汲汲，形容做事勤勉，不懈怠。作地名，指四川甘孜、西藏江孜。
